3. Estimates & Payments

  • All estimates provided are free and non-binding.
  • Prices are subject to change based on material costs and project scope.
  • A deposit may be required before work commences.
  • Full payment is due upon completion of work unless agreed otherwise.
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer or other agreed-upon methods.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • You may cancel a service request up to 48 hours before the scheduled work without penalty.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been purchased.
  • Refunds are only provided for defective workmanship if reported within 14 days of completion.

5. Workmanship Guarantee

  • We guarantee our work for 12 months against defects in craftsmanship.
  • The guarantee does not cover general wear and tear, misuse, or external damage beyond our control.

6. User Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate information when requesting an estimate or service.
  • You are responsible for ensuring access to the work area on the agreed-upon date.
  • You must obtain any necessary permissions or permits before work begins.

7. Liability Limitations

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
  • We do not accept responsibility for damages resulting from improper maintenance after project completion.
  • Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the contracted service.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content, images, and designs on our website are the property of DMT Carpentry and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
